Medicine is everywhere.

A crow will lie down on an anthill when it feels unwell.
It spreads its wings and lets the ants crawl all over its body.
This ritual is called anting, a mysterious form of natural healing.
Some say the ants’ secretions help detox the crow’s feathers.
Others say the ants eat mites, parasites, or simply awaken the crow’s nervous system.

Whatever the reason, the message is the same:
Life knows how to heal itself.

The Earth is full of medicine, if we are quiet enough to see it.
The body is full of intelligence, if we are soft enough to trust it.
And sometimes, like the crow, healing doesn’t look like fighting or fixing.
It looks like laying down.
It looks like receiving.
It looks like surrendering to the strange wisdom all around you.

We were never meant to do it alone.
There are remedies woven into the fabric of our lives.
The right people.
The right words.
The right touch.
Sometimes, the right ant.

And you, too, carry medicine.
Maybe you are the crow today. Maybe you are the ant.
But never forget: you are part of this healing web.
You are not outside of nature.
You are nature.

And you are needed.
